- Support for building and leading culturally diverse teams

Facilitation
To help culturally diverse teams collaborate more smoothly, Sesera offers facilitation for a wide range of workshops. Our approach supports the creation of new internal cultures by respecting differences in corporate values, regional norms and individual working styles.
Workshops are commonly requested for situations such as:
- Team-building workshops for multicultural teams
- Delivery of talent development programs across departments or locations
- Facilitation of change management workshops
Drawing on my experience as a coach for the UK-based leadership development company MindGym, Sesera delivers customized sessions tailored to the diverse needs of global clients. We also support localization and implementation of corporate learning programs for Japanese branches of multinational companies.
